RCASoCal Members, we hope you take advantage of the opportunity to participate in our annual James O. Nienow Memorial Scholarship program this year! We will award multiple scholarships – up to $10,000 – to immediate family of RCASoCal members and their employees in memory of the late James O. Nienow.
